Cooking With Coral Water®
In today’s kitchens, many different foods
(especially vegetables & pasta) are cooked with water.
Unfortunately the water used here is often regular municipal (tap)
water that is full of undesirable contaminants. If it’s
important to you to drink bottled water to avoid chemical additives and
those undesirable contaminants, then it's twice as important to
use bottled water for cooking. The reason being vegetables and
other foods cooked in city water will readily absorb the chemical
additives and contaminants.
There’s an easy test that you can perform right
there in your own kitchen - and here is how. Fill a 4-quart pan
with municipal water. Then, using a simple swimming pool test kit,
measure the chlorine level. You will find it to be about 3.49 ppm
(parts per million). Now, prepare the vegetable you are about to
cook, place it in the pot with the water, and allow it to finish
cooking. Then, before you drain the water, measure the chlorine
level once more. The chlorine level will be close to ZERO!
Where did the chlorine and other poisonous toxins
go? They went right into the vegetable you were cooking.
Want to prove it? Mash the cooked vegetable, squeeze out the
liquid juices, and measure the chlorine in those juices. The
chlorine level will now exceed the 3.49 ppm level previously detected
because it is now concentrated in the food juices you are about to
consume. As you might readily imagine, it might be safer to drink municipal water than to cook with it!
